* To be eligible for the $10,000 incentive, a Site must meet the following requirements as determined by ExxonMobil. Site must 1) be trademark approved by ExxonMobil; 2) be covered by and in compliance with an executed ExxonMobil Branded Wholesaler PMPA Franchise Agreement; 3) complete all Synergy image requirements; and 4) be connected to the ExxonMobil card processing network. Once ExxonMobil determines that a Site is eligible, the incentive will be paid to the ExxonMobil Branded Wholesaler. Site must be fully converted by December 31st 2023 in order to receive the $10k.
