With the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program, you can earn points on items you purchase every day — like fuel, qualifying convenience store items and car washes. For every 100 points you earn, you can redeem for $1 in savings. You'll get access to special bonus point offers, and if you enter your birthdate, you will receive a special reward on your birthday, so you can earn points even faster. If you sign up to use the app, you can also earn earn refer-a-friend bonus points and pay securely at the pump and inside the store using the app.

Alternatively, you can pick up an Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card at any participating station and earn points on it right away with your next purchase and call us to transfer your existing information and balance to the new card.

You cannot link a payment method to a physical Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card, but you can download the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app for free (*), sign into the app with your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account information, and add a valid method of payment to the app. Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points will not be earned on purchases made with the Exxon Mobil Smart Card+™ credit card.
At the station, launch the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app and select “Pay at pump" or "pay in store" to begin your fuel or in-store transaction. You will automatically earn Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points on fuel, qualifying convenience store items and car washes purchases made with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app at participating Exxon and Mobil locations. After completing a transaction, your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points balance will be updated to reflect your most recent transaction. Please note that the purchase of lotto/lottery, money orders, gift cards and mobile phones is not permitted for indoor mobile transactions made via the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app. Consistent with all applicable laws, cash will be required for these purchases. Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points will not be earned on purchases made with the Exxon Mobil Smart Card+™ credit card or with Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+™. Please be advised that currently, the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app does not support Apple Pay tech wallet for mobile pay inside the store.
The refer-a-friend benefit is a way for you to earn extra Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points by inviting your friends, family, or colleagues to join our rewards program. To refer-a-friend, open the app and go to "account" > "Refer-a-friend". Generate the referral code and opt to send it via SMS, email, or more to a friend, family or colleague, and have them enter it during the rewards program registration. The only place you can find the referral code is in the app. When they use the code to join Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program and complete their first loyalty loyalty fuel purchase (min. 5 gallons) or qualifying C-store purchase, you and your friend will receive 100 bonus points each.

Sign up at rewards.exxon.com or download the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ app to easily earn, track and redeem points for savings on gas and qualifying convenience store purchases. To register, you’ll need to enter your full name, phone number, and email address, create a password and set a 4-digit PIN. Pay with the app, swipe your card, or enter your 4 digit PIN and ALT-ID (10-digit mobile phone number) to earn and redeem points at the station. During the registration process, you may also sign up for emails and text messages to receive account alerts, exclusive offers and other program information to your email address and cell phone. When you use the app, you can also sign up to received them via push notifications.

Your PIN is set up when you register your account online at rewards.exxon.com or through the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app. Your PIN can be reset by logging at rewards.exxon.com and navigating to My Account. Your 4 digit PIN and mobile phone number allow you to earn and redeem points at the station.
"Text to JOIN" allows you to become part of our rewards program with ease. Simply text "JOIN" to 66345, and you´ll receive further instructions on how to complete your registration and/or update your communication preferences to start earning and redeeming Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ points. You´ll also gain access to exclusive offers available at our participating Exxon™ and Mobil™ stations. You must fully enroll to become a member and redeem points for savings. You can pick up an Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card at any participating station or order one at rewards.exxon.com. Your card may take up to 4 weeks to arrive and will be mailed to the address you provided. You will be able to earn points immediately when you pick up an Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card. However, you must register your card to begin using points. You can make changes online at rewards.exxon.com. You will need to log into your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account and then make changes in the My profile section.

Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points will not be earned on car washes purchased at the car wash kiosk located near the car wash. Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points will not be earned on purchases made with the Exxon Mobil Smart Card+™ credit card or with Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+™ payment.

To earn points at the pump, enter your Alt-ID (phone number) or swipe your physical Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card. Then follow the on screen prompts for credit / debit. You also can select how many points you’d like to redeem at the pump. Please be advised that points cannot be used when using NFC Apple Pay on fuel purchases.

You must be a full member to be able to redeem points. If you register on the app or website, you are automatically fully registered. If you register using your Alt-ID (phone number) at the pump or register, you may need to complete enrollment. Visit emrewards.com/register or download our Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app to complete enrollment. Please be advised that points cannot be used when using NFC Apple Pay on fuel purchases.

As soon as you reach 100 points, you can begin using them for savings on eligible purchases. Every 100 points is $1 off your purchase! You may use a maximum of 5,000 points in a single purchase for up to $50 in savings.
No, Exxon Mobil Rewards+™️ points will not be earned on purchases made with Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+™️. If you use Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+ as the payment method in your Exxon Mobil app, you will receive an instant price-per-gallon savings on fuel at participating sites instead of accumulating points. If you would like to earn Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points, please use a different payment method with your qualifying Exxon Mobil Rewards+ purchase. Earning additional points – Premium status

Premium Status is a tier within the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program. Once you qualify to become a Premium Status member, you will earn 3 additional points per gallon (total of 6 points per gallon) on qualifying purchases of Synergy Supreme+™ gas.

To achieve Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium Status, simply fill up with Synergy Supreme+ premium gas at least 3 times in a calendar month with at least 8 gallons. Just keep filling up 3 times a month to maintain your Premium Status. Miss a fill-up? No problem. You still have 3 months before your benefits expire.

To achieve Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium™ status, simply fill up with Synergy Supreme+™ premium gas at least 3 times in a calendar month with at least 8 gallons. Just keep filling up 3 times a month to maintain your Premium status. Miss a fill-up? No problem. You still have 3 months before your benefits expire.

Earning additional points – Frequent Filler bonus points

Frequent Filler is a bonus program within the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program. Once you qualify as a Frequent Filler, you will earn 1 extra point on fuel and 2 extra points on convenience store purchases — equal to 4 cents per gallon and 4 cents per dollar — on qualifying purchases of Synergy fuel and eligible convenience store items at Exxon and Mobil stations. Plus, we’ll surprise you with other exclusive offers and perks.
To receive Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Frequent Filler™ bonus points, you must be a registered member of Exxon Mobil Rewards+ and purchase 100 or more gallons of Synergy fuel in a calendar month (i.e. August).
Once you qualify for Frequent Filler, you will receive the benefit for the remainder of the month plus one month (i.e. qualify in August receive the benefit through September). Continue to purchase 100 gallons or more every month to maintain your Frequent Filler bonus points.
Yes, your Frequent Filler member offers are in addition to the general Exxon Mobil Rewards+ offers open to all members, including programs like Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium Status and AARP.

Earning additional points – AARP members

Anyone 50 and over can become an AARP member to enjoy all the great member benefits. For those under 50, you can get an Associate Membership and still enjoy many benefits.

You need an active AARP membership to link to Exxon Mobil Rewards+. You can renew your membership at www.aarp.org.

New to Exxon Mobil Rewards+ members will receive a 500-point sign-up bonus. All AARP members who link their memberships will receive 1 additional point on fuel per gallon and 1 additional point per dollar spent in the C-Store. There will also be special "AARP Member Days" where members earn double the points on a single fuel transaction.
Yes, your AARP member offers are in addition to the general Exxon Mobil Rewards+ offers open to all members.

If you are already an Exxon Mobil Rewards+ member, you can select "Link my AARP membership" online under ´My Account´ or go to the ´Rewards´ section from the app´s home screen when using the app, and then enter your AARP membership number. If you are not an Exxon Mobil Rewards+ member, you will first need to join the program by downloading the app or visiting exxonmobilrewardsplus.com. Then select "Link my AARP membership" while completing your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ registration.

You may link up to two Exxon Mobil Rewards+ accounts as AARP members and their spouse or partner are eligible to receive the benefits of this offer.
If you cannot locate your AARP membership number, you can enter your First and Last Name, Birth Date, and Zip code to find and link your membership. If you cannot find your AARP membership number using the alternate details, you can call the AARP helpdesk at 1-888-687-2277 for help with your AARP membership account info.
If you are a new Exxon Mobil Rewards+ member and have successfully linked your AARP membership, you will receive the 500 points in your account after your first fuel transaction of 5 gallons or more. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points to appear.
You will receive an email informing you of upcoming AARP member days.

Earning additional points – Birthday Rewards

Birthday Rewards is a special perk that allows you to earn bonus Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ points as a celebration of your birthday. It´s our way of making your special day even more enjoyable.
To earn birthday rewards, you must fully enroll in the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program and have your birthday entered in your profile. Then, when you make your first purchase during your birth month, you automatically get 100 bonus points.
Birthday points will expire like any other points in our Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ points balance (i.e. any points earned in 2023 will expire on December 31, 2024).
No. Once the birthday has been entered, it cannot be changed.

Exxon Mobil Rewards+ members will receive 100 bonus points for each referred friend, which will be earned and added into the member´s account as soon as the referred friend uses the unique code to register as a new member and completes a qualifying purchase. Your friend will also earn 100 points.
The refer-a-friend referral code is a one-time use code. Once has been used by an individual, it cannot be used again. You can refer up to 5 friends per month by generating new codes.

Generally, base points on alcohol can be earned in all states except Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.
Base points cannot be earned on tobacco purchases. Generally, bonus points can be earned on purchases in all states except Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Jersey and New York City. Points cannot be used on tobacco purchases.
Points can be earned and used in all states except Pennsylvania, Maine and Massachusetts.
Points earned in the current calendar year expire on December 31 of the following calendar year. For example, points earned in 2022 will expire on December 31 of 2023 and points earned in 2023 will expire on December 31 of 2024.
Simply use our station finder to find the closest participating Exxon™ or Mobil™ station. Please note that Exxon and Mobil stations with a 7-Eleven convenience store do not issue points on purchases paid for inside the convenience store.

Yes, you can use your smartphone to pay at the pump or in the store with reduced contact! At the pump, scan the QR code on the pump and follow the simple instructions onscreen to pay. If you have the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app, it will open at the payment page. If you have not downloaded our app, you’ll be taken to a payment screen to pay using App Clips. You can join the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program and download the app too after you pay. Now you’ll earn points with every payment. To pay inside with your mobile app, click the "pay in store" button from your app home screen, generate the QR code and scan it at checkout. Please be advised that currently, the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app does not support Apple Pay tech wallet for mobile pay inside the store.

Yes, if you pay through the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app you’ll earn on every fuel purchase, even contactless payments! You can download our app from the App store or Google Play store.
If you select to use your points but your total is less than the points’ value, your unused points will remain in your account to be used on future purchases.
Yes; both! You can choose to redeem points for dollars off on fuel or convenience store items. The pump screen will display points you have available for use, or tell the cashier if you want to use them in store. You can also pay with the mobile app and select the points you want to redeem for dollars off before authorizing the transaction or generating the app QR code if you are using mobile pay in the store. Please be advised that points cannot be used when using NFC Apple Pay on fuel purchases.
