The Speedpass+™ app Samsung Pay fuel discount promotion

For the Speedpass+ Samsung Pay Fuel Discount Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants will receive a 10¢/gallon instant rollback at the pump for every fuel purchase made with Samsung Pay as the valid method of payment with the Speedpass+ app at participating Exxon™ and Mobil™ stations (must be Speedpass+ enabled). The Promotion will instantly cause a 10¢/gallon rollback at the pump when you authorize the pump in the Speedpass+ app. The Promotion will begin at 12:00:01 AM EST on Nov. 1, 2018, and end at 11:59 PM EST on Dec. 31, 2018, or when availability runs out (the “Promotion Period”). To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must download and create an account in the Speedpass+ app and add Samsung Pay as their valid method of payment. All fuel grades, including diesel, are eligible. In order to qualify, a fuel purchase must be made using Samsung Pay with the Speedpass+ app during the Promotion Period at a participating Exxon and Mobil station (collectively a “Qualifying Purchase”). A Qualifying Purchase may be made alone or in conjunction with any other purchase, including a combination of fuel and car wash; however, the Promotion is limited to fuel purchases.
